ほうとう（thick noodles called Houtou）

息子がボスにこのお土産をもらったので、料理しました。
味噌味で、とっても太い麺でした！
これこそが「ほうとう」らしいです！

My son got this souvenir from his boss, so I cooked it.
It tasted like Miso and were so thick!
This seems to be Houtou!
